This blog is more for me than anything else to keep myself accountable! The rec center re-opened on Tuesday so no more excuses it is time to get moooooving!!
Tuesday 9/2 1 hr zumba class and about 20 min weight lifting (legs mostly)
Wednesday 9/3 1 hr aqua zumba class
Thursday I can choose between zumba and bootcamp..perhaps both IDK we will see I'm pretty sore right now.
*update Thursday turned out to be a rest day
Friday jogging/circuit workout at the park
Saturday volunteer work at the trail.
Monday I weighed myself @140
that puts me at +6 lbs!! That's why I am eager start losing again before those 6 lbs turn into 10 then 20 and so on...
