Lots of new changes. Still on the lookout for outdoor cardio ideas.

Wednesday, September 03, 2014

So I'm feeling rather good about myself today. Reached all of my daily goals again. Super soar after 2 days of workouts but still feels good. I know eventually the soreness will go away as my muscles get use to the work out. Also stayed with in my calorie limit. Yay!

I know a lot of changing my lifestyle has to do with mental preparation. I've been here before. All psyched. Knowing that this time I'll make it. Then eventually it happens. I lose my momentum. Its not new and exciting anymore. I'm tired of eating health food. Bring on the BK burgers lol. I don't know exactly when it will happen again this time, but i know it will. Only this time I'm prepared. Cause i know it will happen. When it does I'm ready to remind myself over and over again why I'm doing this till i I'm psyched up again.

Been drinking lots of water now. Bought myself a 64oz water bottle. Thats 8 cups. I drink about 1 and a half of my bottle a day. I know its cause my body isn't use to all this water but I have a full bladder far more often then usually. A bit annoying at times to be honest. The thing is I miss my coffee. I still have 2 10oz cups a day which i figure into my calories since i cream and sugar are a must for me, only problem is I use to drink coffee most of the day. It was my main drink. So even with my 2 cups. I greatly miss it. Hoping it will pass, or at the very least my 2 cups will continue to be good enough.

Last thing looking for more ideas for outdoor cardio workouts currently I plan.
1. Walk/Jog/Run
2. Jump rope
3. Bike
4. Swim
5. Play with daughter
If anyone has other great ideas I would love to hear them. Exercise indoors is hard for me to do at the moment. So for now I need to do more outdoor cardio.

Day 2 of my new lifestyle.
