Water Aerobics & a Better State of Mind

Well, I have been lacks for sometime now and I gained 12 lbs back. I am not going to let it get me down. I started my water aerobics back and exercising my legs in the water. I am feeling better about myself and getting out of the house four times a week is really helping my state of mind. I really don't get to talk to many people when I go because the time I go is not when very people go to the pool. I have guide books that I follow for the water aerobics and so far I have not got anyone else to join me. I hope someday I will get someone to join me.
My legs got so weak from staying in the house so much that now I have problems going up and down stairs. I have a little trouble getting up out of a low chair too. I can tell a little change already since I started back. I have hope that I will gain back strength in my legs again.
I didn't get way off on my eating plan while I was not exercising. I am watching more closely now. i have to keep moving a lot in order not to gain. I do believe that 80 % of losing weight is the food plan and amount of food you eat. So I must of got off more than I thought I was getting off. Oh well, back to tracking and recording what I eat. This really helps me. So back to it.
