The Plan: clean slate...time to test again

I lost 0.6 lbs from my Day 4 re-do yesterday. emoticon

I'll be re-starting at Day 9, testing chickpeas today. They are just plain, and they are going on a salad....zzzzzzz...BORING! Last night I added the olive oil that will be my dressing and a pinch of garlic powder, some black pepper, and a dusting of curry. Hopefully that will make lunch a little more appetizing.

    Every day I choose someone that is on a team I am on but is not on my friend list and make a comment on their blog. I choose your blog today. The dressing you made sounds interesting, I never thought of just experimenting with things in the kitchen to made a dressing, the store ones have so many added sugars and have so many calories. But just vinegar and oil base and then add you own flavors sounds like something to try. Thanks. Linda
