Goodbye August & Hello September goals

August was definitely not a month to
about. I started out the month @ 180 hoping that I would succeed in dropping a few #s.
Sadly I only lost .2#, not even a whole #. So I'm focusing on new goals for September, perhaps a change up is in order.
*Getting to a weight of 178
*Getting 7 hours of quality sleep nightly --really need to work on this one
*10 cups of water daily
*5 servings of Freggies Daily ---another challenge
*Easing into an exercise program --another battle with neuropathy at times in my feet.
So ready or not September, here I come!
