It's a new month, so I am hoping to stay on track w/ the eating & exercise. Yesterday we walked in the morning and then went on an evening bike ride. That was a total of about 5 miles exercise. There are big hills to climb for our walk. I think I overdid it, because woke this morning feeling a little stressed [physically]. Moderation is key.
