Personally, after doing a lot of research on the subject, I think it's the way to go. At least, for me it is. Still have moments when the number on the scale isn't shifting as fast as I'd like (Does it ever??), and then I automatically think about cutting down calories. But when sanity returns I remember that all I need to do is continue eating whole foods, stay away from grains and sugars, and move a little more. It always does the trick. 1997 days ago
