Day 1

Yesterday was Day 1 of my September goals. I went to a ball game and drank bottled water, rather than soda. I tracked and stayed in range; even foregoing brownies in the evening. I got in breakfast and my five fruits/veggies. So far so good!

    Rock that mindset every day! Focus on short term goals! That is so important! No matter what, work it every day. My secret inspiration is my Granddaughter. I keep my mind's eye on her every step of the journey! Stay strong and focused!
