The Power of Routine

I'm noticing how important routines are to my process.

Each time I vary from my basic routines, I get off track with my nutrition and exercise, at least to some degree.

That is one of the reasons a good sleep schedule is so important, but it is also why I need to be conscious about days like today, when a holiday demands a change in routine for one reason or another.
