My B-day month

Weigh-in tomorrow will not be pretty. What am I waiting for? Why do I postpone feeling and looking healthy? Why do these important questions fade from my mind most days? I could POSSIBLY, at 2 #'s a week, lose to GOAL in 25 weeks...a little over 6 months!! Pounds to ponder.

This is my B-day month. IF I can make it 2 more weeks with no traffic tickets, I will have 50 years NO tickets!! Kind of proud of that fact.

Planning on a proactive month. Blogs will tell. Have a good one!!

    Good thoughts!! Happy birthday month and I totally agree with your question, and ask myself that often too.

    BUT, don't be too hard on yourself!! 2 lbs a week is a serious and doable plan, but don't be too hard on yourself if one week you only do 1 or .5lbs.

    I'm seriously considering this plan too!!
