I've come to Spark People on and off since 2012. Each time it helps me lose weight, but each time I get off track after 6-7 months. I've maintained the 30 lb. weight loss from the last time I was on SP. So, I'm hoping by coming back, it will kick start my weight loss. I'm trying to make smaller, attainable goals this time around. Last time I put my big goal in my tracker. This time I let SP choose for me. Going to take little steps to reach the bigger goal. I'd like to keep up with my blog again this time as well.
So, just making this entry short and sweet. But it's a goal I can check off for the day. :)
