When you want to give up. When you feel tired from work. When you have lost motivation. Remember how good you feel right now!
This week I have been drinking lots of water, filling up on healthy foods and working out at least 30 minutes. I feel AMAZING. I feel more confident. I have had more energy. My acid reflux is tame. I actually remember what it feels like to wake up hungry! To be honest, it really hasn't been that hard. Maybe a little more planning but I need to eat anyway right? Why not buy the healthy stuff.
I don't know what makes us give up. I think sometimes it's a lot of broken things inside of us that shred our confidence in succeeding. It's the fear of never reaching the goal. Whenever I am feeling self doubt, I want to remember and hold onto this feeling.
