9.2lbs in 8 Weeks - My push to be back at goal by my 41st Birthday

I’ve done these declaration before and it really only seems to work for a few weeks. I’m hoping this time it will work for the whole 8 weeks. I’m turning 41 on October 27 and since today is August 27 I’ve figured how cool it would be to get back to my goal weight by my birthday. I know what I need to do to get there and I was on track but I got sidetracked my summer, remodeling the house and celebrating my BFF’s 40th birthday. I’ve been afraid to get on the scale thinking that I’ll see the dreaded 160’s but I’m surprised that I haven’t. I’ve fallen back into mindless snacking and not tracking every BLT and I know that is a killer to my efforts. I guess my high intensity and weight training is keeping me in the high 150’s.
Well I’m ready (actually been ready) to get back into the game. I feel weak when I let my eating get out of control and I feel like a failure. But I know a pity party isn’t going to get my back at goal so I’ve picked myself up and wiped myself off and I’m back in the race.
These goals were working for me until I got derailed so I’m going back to them. Notice they are ALL related to food. I’m good with fitness so it’s really useless for me to have workout goals. I need to get my eating habits in check so that all of my hard workouts won’t be for nothing.
Plan meals and snacks and enter into tracker (reasonable adjustments are ok)
No Mindless Snacking
At least 5 freggies (no more than 2 fruits)
No Intolerant foods
Protein grams at least 100
Carbs less than 200 on non-run days
Stay within Spark calorie range
Today starts my week 1. I plan to blog weekly to be accountable for my progress. Hopefully it will be all good news but I understand that life will happen and it’s up to me to make sure that I keep the bumps to a minimal and that I plan plan plan.
