Crossfit Fundamentals Class 4

First I have to admit my diet over the weekend sucked! I had beer and wine. I also had Indian today, so I was not feeling to great when I went to class. With that being said we learned about:
Handstand push ups & how to scale them
Deadlifts
Toes to bar
Knees to elbows
Wall Balls

Our 10 minute WOD was:
5 deadlift (85lbs)
5 toes to bar
5 wall balls
5 handstand pushups (scaled was 10 holds in a handstand)

My biggest accomplishment tonight...I could deadlift at least 155lbs. I did not find out my max, but I'm sure I could of gone heavier. So excited to be lifting weights and getting fit!

    WOW. 155 lbs is impressive. This sounds exhausting, but if you can keep it up, you will be superwoman!!!
