Setting Goals

I am beginning to feel like a broken record. Repeating the same things over and over, stuck in a rut. Well today I set up new goals again and will jump right over that rut.

My long term goal is to lose 40 lbs. by Feb. 1st. Not an unrealistic goal. I have been eating healthy since I arrived in Spain. My daughter is very health conscious so it has been easy.

Now that I am adjusted to the time change physical activity will begin tomorrow.
