I've been thinking about goals as it relates to my fitness. I've kinda been letting my workouts slide into nothing lately, and I'm going to change it.
1. Complete 10 Army regulation push-ups. Luckily, my husband can help me with that.
2. Thanksgiving 5k. The local YMCA does a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. I'm going to be there with bells on.
3. 30 days of intentional fitness. Starting TODAY!
