August reflections – September Goals

I am in such a good place right now! August is coming to a close and I have reached or will reach most of my goals. My weight loss goal may come down to the wire. I will fight for it because I want it.
September I am working on the following.
Weight loss – to be lower than I am at the start of September
Running – train for the 5K that’s 3x a week of running
Give carb cycling a shot with in my WW points
Make 2 new recipes
Practice positivity daily through journal and daily post
Kettlebells & Weight lifting at least 2x week
