Crossfit Fundamentals Day 3

Being at the gym/box, whatever you want to call it, isn't the hard part. The hard part is not being there. I don't have anyone else who has this interest. My husband isn't interested, my kids aren't interested, and I don't know anyone else outside the environment who does it. It makes it a little harder. Especially food wise. I talk about ditching dairy, reducing sugar, and mention paleo and my hubby just kind of looks at me like....uh-huh we've talked about this before and nothing changed.

Only I really want to change. I really need to change. I don't want to put out all this effort and my diet kill it!

Today we reviewed:
Front Squat
Pull ups
Burpees
Bench Press

For the 10 Minute WOD we did an Amrap that consisted of:
5 front squats (55 lbs)
5 burpees
5 pull ups (ring pulls for me)
50 meter run

I managed to complete 5 rounds in the 10 minutes. Did I mention that tonight I was the only girl? I don't have another class till Monday, but I did get permission to go to the open gym on Saturday. I think I'll go. I want to work on double unders and pull ups.

I forgot...my coach put out this article about pull ups.
