Why I Love SP.

Today was one of those days/weeks where I really came to realize just why I love SP. I have made excuses all week for why I couldn't go to the gym or workout. First it was moving into my new apartment, then it was work, then hanging out with friends. And on top of missing my workouts, I was eating very unhealthy. I got to work tonight entirely disappointed in myself and feeling like I just wanted to quit trying at all- the weight will never come off.
But all it took was a couple of minutes scrolling through old SP blogs of my own and some of my SP friends, and suddenly I was in my workout clothes and now I am off to the gym.
I think it's important to realize that although I have a goal weight, eating healthy, working out and losing weight is not a task I can simple check off my list when I have reached that goal weight. Instead, it's a lifestyle change I have chosen to make and dedicate a lot of my time and thought to. This is a lifelong journey, not a 3-month process.
