Love it...Hate it...Crossfit Fundamentals Day 2

Today we were all there except for one person. We also added another person to the class. We reviewed the following:
Rowing
Back squat
Press
Push press

Our ten minute WOD was a team effort with three people on each team for:
2000 meter row
100 press
100 Russian twist
Only two team members could workout at a time. I did 50 push presses, 400 m row, and 20 Russian twists. My shoulders are going to hate me tomorrow, but legs should be okay.

I wore tight capris and a tank top tonight. It showed the ugly, rolly parts, but I was comfortable and didn't get too hot. I will confess, it was really intimidating to see all the really fit people finishing up and warming up. I feel like a big old blob, but I'm a blob working to make progress. I hate how out of shape I am, but one day at a time it will get better. I hate how sore I am, but that too will get better one day at a time.

    You are doing emoticon the fact that you went to workout is an accomplishment! You didn't procrastinate you applied yourself emoticon for a little relief from your soreness get some epson salt and soak this should help a little.
