8/20/14....do i have to????

I used to think this ALL THE TIME when i was growing up. I never said it, because my older sister did enough of that for the both of us.
Now, it is more related to work and housecleaning. I don't really like either, but i know i HAVE to do them. on a daily basis.

    Usually the answer is YES. There is no way around it to lose the weight you have to do the work. That goes for everything else as well. "You can wish for it or work for it." In the end we know which will help us progress.
