This is my first post in a while...I lost 40lbs between November 2012 and April 2013 ending at 170. I've been able to maintain until I went on vacation in May 2014. I have gained about 10 pounds back and would like to reverse the 10 lbs I've gained and lose the other 15 lbs that would get me to my correct weight. I feel good and feel like I've got the motivation to keep me going in a positive direction. I was having trouble initially getting back in the right mindset but I feel like a can do this now. 25 more pounds is doable if I follow the guidelines I set for myself while losing the first 40 lbs. It was fast and I did not crave or feel like I was depriving myself at any time. I was very happy with the results so I am trying to duplicate my first choices and routines as much as possible. I started my program Monday the 18th of August and my initial weigh in was 179.4 Here we go!
