Definitely the BIG Girl tonight!!! Crossfit Fundaments Day 1

So today I had my first fundamental lesson for crossfit. I have to attend six classes and then I can do regular WODs. There were seven of us in the class and I was definitely the BIG Girl in the class. It was a little intimidating, I'll be honest.
We did a 400m jog for a warm-up. Then we reviewed the following moves:
AB Pad Sit-ups
Jump Rope (regular and double unders)
We then did a 10 minute workout for reps (how many times we could complete it):
5 air squats
5 ab pad sit-ups
5 box jumps
10 walking lunges
20 jump ropes
I was only able to get through it 3 full times in the 10 minutes. However, I was the only female doing the 20 inch box jumps. I was really proud of myself for this, because I was the BIG Girl there tonight. I know my body is going to hate me tomorrow, but I'm going to wear my big girl panties and deal with it!
