I've had a pretty nice week =) Stayed within my calories each day and got my workouts in. This weekend I'm really sore though from my strength training on Friday so I decided to give myself a rest until tomorrow. I did get a lot of walking in from going to the mall and other stores though. For some reason my left foot was really hurting today.. I suspect it was the new shoes I was wearing. =/ At least I know not to wear them if I am gunna be doing a lot of walking around.
Anywaaaay, I feel really good about my weigh in tomorrow! I think I reached my 2 pound weekly goal. I'm not gunna worry about it if I haven't because I know with how sore I am that my muscles likely are retaining water while they heal. Yesterday it hurt even to lift my arms. lol. Today it was just an annoying ache. In any case I think I'll be good to go tomorrow at the gym. Wooot.
I got some of my meal prep done a little bit ago for the week. I made up turkey burgers and froze them, then cut up all my peppers for my breakfast omelettes. I also have some chicken I need to prepare but I'm going to do that tomorrow.
