Two days ago I began 3 different "30 day challenges", and let me just say that these are extremely challenging!!! These are the 3 challenges I am doing:
1.) Lose Your Love Handles (14 day challenge I plan on doing twice)
2.) 30 Day Beach Body Challenge, by 30 day fitness
3.) 30 Day Ab and Squat Challenge, by 30 day fitness
I will also be adding cardio to all of this.

To start out my challenge I took my beginning weight and some beginning measurements, and then used these measurements to calculate my Body Fat Percentage. I chose to do this because I am fully aware that in this month I am going to be gaining muscle and losing fat, but that the scale may not show my full changes. As I entered in my measurements, weight and height into an online Body Fat Calculator (at fitwatch.com) I was extremely nervous to see what my starting body fat would be, HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised to see my Body Fat was 27.5%, which is in the average range for women! Although I am still hoping for this to change after a month of what I consider to be very intense working out, I am happy to see that I am currently in a healthy range!

    I am doing the Ab a& Squat challenge and let me tell you, the day of rest, I still try to do 25-30 because the day after, is always a crazy amount to do but I found that I can do half in the morning and half before bedtime and I make it just fine. You can do it!!! Keep up the great work. emoticon
