This is my month!

My baby is 8 months old. He is finally not nursing much anymore (I have supply issues due to IGT and usually restricting my calories at all drastically cuts my milk supply - my body sees it as a non-essential function and cuts milk way before any fat loss can happen). I have a trip with my husband (and probably the baby, but our other 3 are staying here) to San Diego on September 11th. There will be a lot of professionals there. Healthy ones. (He is a chiropractor) I don't want to feel fat or frumpy, but have the confidence that comes from being on the right path! Monday (4 days ago) I started my health regimen. This is the month to establish healthy habits! (And hopefully kickstart my baby-weight-loss) I am tracking everything I eat, and trying to get 300 activity minutes and 2000 calories burned per week. I can do this for 4 weeks! Hoping to see some real results to motivate me to stick with it. I want to do the Turkey Trot at Thanksgiving again. (I did it 2 years ago and didn't walk at all - this time I'm sure I will walk some, but want to do it in a decent amount of time!)
I want to have lost my baby weight by December too (which is 15-18 lbs from now). After that I will still have 30 to go, but I want to finish out this year with a bang! Wish me luck!
