Rainy day workouts.

Today was a dreary and rainy day. My area got 5.5 inches of rain and had some flash flooding. Bleh. Plus side is that tomorrow it will be springlike and will continue to be for the rest of the week and weekend. Lotsa walking to do! This has been an awesome summer tho I admit sometimes I wish it was hotter so the pool water wasn't cooler than I prefer. lol. First world problems!
It was sooo dark outside that all I wanted to do was curl up and go to sleep when it was time to workout. I didn't, though! I came across some strength training moves last night in a video and so after I rode my stationary bike for 30 mins I tried them out. I did those and some of the other moves I normally do. It was nice to mix it up some. I felt awesome afterwards, too!
For dinner tonight I made zucchini spaghetti topped with sauce, a cut up meatball, and a portabella mushroom cap. It was really yummy. I did have a garlic breadstick with it but that was only 150 calories so I don't feel guilty.
