The Thing About Yesterday...

I'm done with the first week of teaching. It was a great week and I'm glad it's done. I'm always nervous about the first week.

I made 10,000 steps most day by taking a walk in the evening.

Ate within my goals most days.

Feeling good. Now if I can only get ready for next week and manage to have some fun this weekend too.
