Day 121: Two weeks

This is the amount of time that it is said that it takes to break a habit... I sure hope so. Tomorrow marks 2 weeks since my last weigh in... and I am starting to notice a pattern. Whenever I am stressed I turn to my weight...and start picking away at it. The scale was only adding to my obsessive behavior. I am learning to cope with my stress in a healthier way.

    Same for me! I have a big tendency to go OCD when I'm stressed, and now I'm trying to be OCD about exercise instead of the number on a scale.
