You're doing so well. Stick with it. Sometimes it doesn't show right away and it should with time.

I'm so sorry you're going through this rough time! Major kudos for sticking with it. Are you tracking measurements? Maybe they're improving, just not the scale?

I'm guessing you need to keep eating more (and eating in the middle of your range while intensifying your workouts may not actually be a net increase), and like PP said, give it time.

I hate the scale for this EXACT reason! Even weekly fluctuations are large....time of month, a little extra sodium, muscles storing extra water to help repair muscles.....

If you are journaling your food, making healthy choices 80% of the time, drinking your water and exercising regularly...then BE PROUD of yourself and kick the scale to the curb for the month!

P.S. When you are upping your calories (which will benefit you in the long run)...you need to give your body time to adjust....if you have been eating too little for a long time it will take a couple weeks for your body to adapt. It became efficient at ding more for you with less calories.....it needs to become a little less efficient now that you are feeding it better. ;)

Trust the process and stay away from that scale!!!! You were feeling great until that little beastie didn't display the right number

You've got this!!!! & 80lbs....you are my hero!!!
