This isn't easy but...

Wednesday, August 06, 2014

I'm not 100% sure why I fell off the horse but I know I need to get back on. Once again I am at the highest I have ever been. This is healthy at all. I know when I set my mind to it I can and I do do it. Baby steps is the key but hour in the gym isn't going do the job. I see the big picture and again I know baby steps. I went back to gym today. I love the treadmill and leg workouts. Drinking water isn't a problem any more and cutting sugar, cakes and snacks isn't the problem. The problem is the will to want to do it. I can't say oh it don't matter as long as my clothes fit. Guess what they barely fit. And the dresses always fit. Today was a eye opener. I sat back and looked at the times I wanted to do and one of the things was being healthy. I miss the gym. It made to happy and I had more energy. So here is to the restart of getting back to me..

Thanks for your encouragement, and let me return the favor!!! emoticon

I don't know when I fell off of the horse either! At some point, I think I started taking my new great health for granted and felt bullet proof. Well... turns out, I'm only bullet proof when I keep up with it! LOL!

I remember how good I felt, how energetic.. and, yes, even pretty cute! LOL!

Hop on that horse, girlfriend! I'll ride with ya!!!
