July results & August Goals

July I started out @ a weight of 179.5. We had lots of family get togethers, also our son & his family moved in with us near the end of the month & I've even had to start taking insulin for my blood sugars as they are much too high.
Well the goal didn't happen, I actually gained another .5# up to 180. I was afraid of that, of course the last time I had tried the insulin I actually gained 10#s in 2 weeks. So as I work to get back on track & start loosing in August, my goals to accomplish this are:
*Getting to a weight of 178
*Getting 7 hours of quality sleep nightly
*10 cups of water daily
*5 servings of Freggies Daily
*Finding ways to fit exercise into my busy days
I'm ready to get back on track & STAY there.
