Summer 5% Challenge - Week 6 of 8 - Running again

Don't know if it's the running again or just being more mindful of how much I eat but so far so good. Started off with just a mile several days ago with the goal to add about 10% in mileage every other day. Was scheduled to do 1.4 miles today but pushed a little longer for a little over 1.5. If I keep adding 10% should be up to speed (get it) for the 10K I signed up for in September.
