So, I do so good for a while, then fall flat on my face. Seems to coincide with my love life. I have been off SP for a couple of months and I know better then to leave. When I stop tracking, it means I have stopped exercising. When I stop exercising, I start eating more. When I am eating more, that means I am coming over to your house. When I come over to your house, I'm doing things I shouldn't be doing. And when I do those things I shouldn't be doing, I am not focused on losing weight. And when you are ok with that, I get fat. I am not ok with that, so now it's decision time. Again.

    I also want you to KNOW that you are NOT alone in this struggle and in this journey.
    Whether you realize it or not, you have hundreds of people and I am sure thousands of people also walking this journey with you in the highs and lows of the journey.

    It will take time, and trial and errors, no doubt......
    but have you also noticed that we NEVER give up?
    no matter what we keep trying and trying... we may take a break but
    we always come back to try again

    You need to care for yourself, and not make it the responsibility of others to build you up. Until you learn to crawl, and ask for help, and at least ADMIT TO FALLING OR GETTING DERAILED, I AM FORGETING ABOUT RESPONDING TO YOU! I fall off a lot, am human, and get derailed! it is a constant battle on many levels. You came her, and that showed that you did care enough for yourself to try to love yourself!     WTG for taking responsibility and realizing why you fell off the wagon! That is the fastest way to get back on track. I think we have all done this. I know I have. I still have so much to learn about my eating habits and still battle old habits that try to regain a foothold and sometimes win.

    You stopped tracking, exercising, and started eating more. THIS is the reason for weight gain. BUT, don't let the goal of losing weight and getting healthy tell you that the rest of your life needs to be put on hold...such as relationships or perhaps new job opportunities.

    If you have met someone who accepts you for you right now, let her in on your goals and give her the opportunity to cook for your needs and maybe even be your workout buddy. She may not feel she has the right to should not be eating that and lets go for a walk. IF she does not support your goals and finds ways to sabotage them, is decision time.

    I say this because my beautiful husband loves me at any weight and is my biggest supporter in all that I do...weight loss goals and others goals in my life. If you have found such a woman, one who accepts you now and can be supportive of your goals... emoticon

    We all fall sometimes, the important thing is to do exactly what you are doing, picking yourself back up and trying again!
