It's been so long...

It's been so long that I have posted a blog entry. I have been busy with school and raising my daughter. I am so glad that I am almost done with school! This coming semester is my last semester of college! I cant believe it! emoticon emoticon

Aside from college, I have been working on myself-my body. I have been trying out new forms of exercise. I am also doing some research on eating clean and meal planning. I have been looking at recipes and meal plans the past few days. I feel a bit overwhelmed with all the planning that goes into meal planning, but I am ready to take this step. I feel that eating clean and meal planning will definitely help me reach my goals. emoticon

As far as my progress, I am happy to say that I have finally reached the "under 200" milestone. I weighed myself today and I weigh 196! I am so happy and proud of myself. My end goal is to weigh between 120-140. I have my mind focused on being healthy and at a healthy weight range. I am not really focusing on a certain dress size or how thin I will look.

After I reach my end goal, I plan on toning my body. I plan on focusing on weight training. I am so excited for what the future holds. I am just going to take everything one step at a time. emoticon emoticon

    I say if it feels overwhelming ... take it slower. You don't have to figure it out all at once. Also though, like Sarah mentions, once you start getting it down it gets easier. And ... we'll be here to encourage you too :)

    Welcome to Onederland!!! emoticon It's such an awesome feeling! Congratulations!

    Meal Planning is difficult at first, but I promise you, once you get it down, it really can actually alleviate the stress of deciding what's for dinner! :) I started doing meal planning about 2 years ago. It can also help save some money on the budget too.

    Congrats again on reaching Onederland!
