GOAL: Eat healthy
ACTION STEPS:
1. Toss unhealthy food
2. Plan a menu
3. Drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of Water
4. Purchase only fresh produce
5. Eat meals on time
6. Stay within my suggested calorie range
7. Try a new recipe at least 1x a week

GOAL: Lose a total of 5 inches off my body
ACTION STEPS:
1. Maintain at least 180 squats daily
2. Do at least one other exercise everyday
3. Take a walk everyday
4. Clean the house everyday
5. Document my exercise everyday
6. Read an article about exercise 6x's a week
7. Have a conversation with someone about the benefits of exercise at least 1x a week

GOAL: Maintain a positive attitude
ACTION STEPS
1. Read the verse of the day several times a day
2. Read the verse of the day out loud at least 10x's
3. Read the Baptist Bread daily
4. Read my daily Bible reading
5. Read online devotional
6. Read a chapter from a christian book
7. Have a conversation with someone about something spiritual I have read at least 1x a week
8. Pray through my prayer list at least 2x's a week
