I been doing Sparks for a while now and I was really thinking it might let me lose a pound or two a month or maybe nothing at all. I sometimes will fall off the routine and then I jump back on again.
Well this time I been going strong for a long time and I am finally seeing the progress. At first I didn't notice..The scale would say I lost a couple of pounds but when I look at myself I didn't see it.
Then I start going around old friends and family and the first thing they say to me, "Karen you lost weight". I would just smile and say yeah I've been trying. First couple of times I heard it, It really didn't bother me but when I start going different places and EVERYBODY was saying it, I was smiling so hard on the inside I could of jump for joy.
But the one of the best things that happen is when it was time for me to go to physical therapy and I put on my old swimsuit (haven't brought one in years) not only was I able to fit it but in some parts it was loose.. and my daughter, who hardly ever gives me compliments said " Mom look at you, who you think you are trying to slim down in a swim suit" that was her way of saying I
I started off at 256 pounds and now I am 215 and I feel good my goal is 180..don't want to look to thin...I like my hips, breast, and
