Sorry I haven't been blogging the last week or so trying to get the act together here and move it more. Monday I started the 21 DAY FIX and wow tough but fair, I've wake up thinking what to do or eat, every meal is okay how to stick whatever in a cup used in measure? It's easy with a slice of bread or English muffin but a guess or miss on other things. Went to the store to pick up extra stuff such as yogurt, lots of fruits my colon is saying what! yep five pieces of orange slices has passed my lips in 3 days and most of you know I love my sweets. I try to think ahead and still hungry I get a few grapes out. I posted on another site about my craving for a foot- long corn dog well thank goodness I can't go to our fair to even be tempted, man what a rip but ok I don't need it. I weight myself this morning and I lost a lb already! yep no junk to slow the inside down so that is encouraging.
