I was an ungrateful little sheisster

If you had told me at my last blog post that I would be 15 pounds heavier than I was that day on Feb 19, 2013, I would have freaked out.

15 pounds. Ugh.

Fortunately, I'm closer to my old weight than my new weight, and that's good.

I was 175 lbs (maybe more) on my birthday this year, April 19, 2014. I got married a couple weeks later, never worried about my weight, but the pictures were cringe-worthy. A pretty bad mistake to make with your wedding. I had gained a lot of weight, and it was all happy-weight from my amazing relationship. I never worked out, ate what I liked and didn't worry about it because I was getting constant praise from my boyfriend, now husband. I never saw the weight coming on.

Fortunately, I have lost 9 pounds since April 19, and I have a goal of 161 on August 31. I have actually been keeping a food / exercise journal at my office (where I also work out), and it has been a seriously helpful tool.
