The month of July has kept me off track with myself. Whewwww! emoticon

My husband had back surgery earlier this month and my daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed two weeks later. It has been an interesting end to our summer vacation here. I officially start work this Monday and my girls start school in another week.

It will be interesting how I will juggle my husband still recovering, my oldest daughter and her achy jaw, my youngest starting freshman year in high school, and work with all the other responsibilities that i have.

All I know is that God is SO good to me. He is my strength and provider. He is faithful and I want to continue letting go and trusting Him! My head understands it, but my silly heart and will have a hard time following. I am always trying to take control.....(like I really have control in the first place!)

I just need to incorporate my exercise and food prep in my busy schedule. I have noticed that I work the best under extreme pressure. (I'm so hard-headed)

So I am creating my dinner menus for this next week and prepping anything I can do ahead of time. emoticon I plan to do my exercise videos in the mornings before work and do my SP running plan in the evenings 3x/week. If I can I might try and do a cycling class on Saturday (but I may wait a bit for that one because it still is super difficult)

My plan is to get back on track because from the looks of it, I am going to need all the energy I can get for the month of August.

Hope everyone has a great ending to their July 2014!

God Bless!

I can relate to your circumstances, with my husband on the mend after bypass leg surgery and myself with both knee injuries.... it is difficult to get things done.... hope your life settles down and your family recovers quickly! You sound like an excellent caretaker and nurturer! Now take care of yourself....
