Exhaustion Setting In

Really tired again today... my body aches and feels really weak. I've been trying to cut back on my workouts but it's been hard and finding it even harder to include a rest day in to my routine. I work out on average 2.5 hours every day 7 days a week but it helps if I break that time up throughout the day.

    I have the same problem. I found that going an hour and 40 minutes is a lot easier on my body than 2+ hours. I also try to do one day 1 hour, next day 1 hour 40 back and forth and my energy levels are rising back up a lot! Mentally its hard because the fear of gaining weight is so strong but it does work! Just try taking 20 minutes off the first day something like that and see how you feel!

    WOW, that is a lot of exercise per day. Only you know what is best for you. I too agree that a rest day is important.

    Your body will let you know when to take a short break.
    Before listening to it try doing some stretching.
    When I stretch sometimes my thinking will shift.

    Please remember that a rest day is a good and healthy thing for your body! That sounds like a very large amount of time spent working out, no wonder you are tired! If you are working out to take care of your body, also give it the rest that it needs :) I hope that you are able to have a wonderful rest day and I hope that you feel less exhausted soon!
