Lots of things have happened....

So. The last blog entry I made was December of 2011. It was a very depressing blog, and I'm sorry for that :/

To catch myself up, and to also help me feel better about having to re-lose weight I thought I'd blog about it.

January of 2012, I got into graduate school, got a great full-time job, and my wonderful Garrett proposed to me! What a month! Then in February 2012, I was struck by a car while standing on the sidewalk. I spent seven months learning how to walk, and to use my leg again. My pelvis was broken in two places, my femur was broken, and my femoral artery was severed.

Since then, I have not been able to work out at the intensity that I was used to in order to get my body to lose weight. I've been struggling trying to find workouts that aren't painful for my leg/pelvis. Turns out that there aren't too many of those.

This is NOT a pity party post. I'm not into that. Writing my thoughts down helps me to motivate myself. I originally lost 17 lbs on SP, and I think blogging was a big part of it.

So. Here we go again....

    Nice to see you here! I do miss you so very much! I hope you'll get time to blog more, I know I don't do it often enough, but when I do I always feel better about things, and I'm encouraged by the support I receive here.
