The Thing About Yesterday...

I kept moving yesterday, got a lot done, and fit in some fun as well.
I didn't make my food # goal. I was close. I'm often just a little over. Which makes me think if I could just be a little under I probably would lose some actual weight. I'll keep experimenting with it. I feel good that I'm tracking and being mindful of what I eat.
A goal today is to get in the 5 fruits and veggies.
