Life - hardest journey we'll ever take! Have faith, believe in yourself - sometimes it's just impossible. But what I know you can do is take the small steps. The cliche a journey of 1,000 miles starts with one small step is soooo true. So today your honest reflections and your desire for change is your first step. Get comfortable with that. Then maybe swap out a soft drink for a glass of water next week. Take those baby steps, slowly, for lasting change and you will be healthier and happier. And hey, I have faith and believe that when you set your mind to do anything, you will have success. Yes, you can do it! 1573 days ago
I love your video blogs. It was so weird that I have not been on here since about March and back on here now in July. I can relate so much to your words. Please continue to post blogs and I will be right here with you on your journey.
I'm in almost the same place you are. I've been big for a long time. I'm just starting to look into surgery as a option. I'm doing a lot of research but I'm still not sure what to do. Maybe we could figure out our weight and surgery issues together as spark friends. Friend me if you agree. 1574 days ago
Your video reminded me so much of my mindset before I made a firm decision about what I was going to do about my weight. I recently had the RnY surgery on 7/1/14. When you talked about not worrying because there isn't a solution or working through a solution, that really struck home for me. Just listening to you makes me believe that you will figure this out. I hope everything you want happens quickly and the bumps in the road don't pull you off track. Thank you for sharing. It is very empowering. 1575 days ago
hey you are refreshingly honest, and you want things to change up favorably ... I'm all for that! I know you want to just do the regular stuff without having a big drama attached to it & nobody wants to struggle.... I believe you know the basics and I'm hoping you pick water and 10 minutes fitness streaks to get this show on the road. Happy Journey to You 1575 days ago
