Still struggling with...

tracking my food and exercise. emoticon The days I do track I am so far above my calories it is ridiculous!! emoticon And the soda habit is stronger than before I went into the hospital.

I know I am in charge of what I eat. I know I am in charge of how much I do exercise or not. I know it is partially the medication I am now taking. emoticon

The doctor said yesterday I can go off it in 3 weeks. I will be so thrilled!!

Until then I will eat as healthy as possible and try to at least do my exercises my primary care doctor gave me. emoticon

I have been missing your posts and wondering how you are doing.

I hope you continue to improve and any time one can get off a medication, it is a good thing.

I have also been struggling with tracking my food. My fitbit keeps track of the exercise, but I still have to pay attention to keeping up my cardio streak of at least 10 minutes a day. So far, so good.

I have done better with the food tracking this week and have been rewarded with a weight loss. I still have been going over my range, but not by as much. Spark keeps telling my to up the range in light of the exercise reported, but I really think that the Fitbit over estimates calories burned, so I just try to keep in the 1300-1500 range.

    Just keep plugging away!

It's good to see a post from you. Have a good week.
