I did well yesterday. 10,000 steps. Check. Food Goal. Check.
General well being = Cheerful and friendly.
I helped my friend move. I read an article that said to be emotionally healthy we should help others more. After 4 hours of shlepping boxes I really didn't feel very positive, but in retrospect, I think it feels good.
Maybe I shouldn't do things I don't want to do, regardless of emotional health. But I wonder if that means I'm not a very pleasant person.
Oh well, it's neither here nor there. I helped my friend and that's a good thing. Now I'm looking forward to getting organized in my own room.
I took a 30 minute walk yesterday and was so pleased with myself for squeezing it into a very busy day. Then I read on SPARK this morning that I have to exercise 50 minutes a day to see any weight loss. That's going to be tough, SPARK. Not going to lie.
I'm looking forward to some creative class room arranging today. Here we go.
