Oy! This is nuts.

The scale is creeping up and that is not good! I haven't been that great lately so I shouldn't be so surprised but oy! I need to get my act together. I need to stick to plan and get moving and just do it. I feel like I am constantly saying that but I need to really follow through. I can tell things are getting harder to do physically and that is sad. I am young and shouldn't feel this way at all. I deserve better!! We are going away this weekend for our anniversary but hopefully will get in some good walking and won't go too crazy with the food. Small and steady changes, right?!

Be nice to yourself. Beating yourself up won't help. Hope the anniversary trip is enjoyable.

What is ONE thing that trips you up? I know what mine is and we can work together to just work on that 1 thing that can help us make small changes. Once we've got that down then move onto something else.

Perhaps just picking one small thing to work on first would help? Sometimes trying to do it all at once is really stressful. Have a great time out celebrating!

Ugh, I hear you on the scale going up. It is pretty frustrating. I've been eating anything and everything I want this past month though so I am not sure what I expected. I do know that we can do this though!

    Enjoy your anniversary weekend!!
