Week 5 -- all work!

A big project at work has mean missing a workout and less attention to my healthy eating, so I'm a bit worried I might go back the other direction at my next measuring day, but I'm determined that this is just a minor setback and it isn't going to completely erase all the hard work I've done laying the foundations of healthy habits. Got through a major hurdle just now, so I know I can get back to my normal routine tomorrow!
