Cross-country move and staying motivated?

This past year I've been on a roll with exercise and nutrition. I've kept my body active and healthy, but I recently moved cross-country. This entitled having to eat out 3x a day for about 2 1/2 wks (took a small vacation on my way to my new place).
I must admit, I fell off the wagon b/c I no longer have my gym buddy to lift weights, nor the energy (I've been fatigued since my move a month ago) to prepare healthy foods.
Has anyone done a cross-country move and stayed motivated despite your life change?
