Day 14. 1 Mile Run.

Did a 1-mile test as part of BLC wrap up yesterday. I have dropped my pace to 9:24! Not sure I could have gone much further, but I did it! emoticon

1. 10000+ steps per day
2. 8+ cups water per day
3. 2 freggies with each meal: emoticon emoticon
4. Regular ST W emoticon Th emoticon F emoticon S x S emoticon M emoticon
5. Regular cardio W emoticon emoticon Th emoticon emoticon F emoticon S emoticon S emoticon M emoticon emoticon emoticon
6. 1 cup green tea per day
7. 1 blog per day emoticon
